The roasted artichokes of Vizzino are tasty and genuine, to cut them you will have to use a knife, a simple fork is not enough. Pair them on a platter of cold cuts and cheeses, on our friselline with a layer of black olive paté or artichoke cream and remember that the wine to be associated is a bubble of Rosato di Negroamaro.

The traditional recipes of Vizzino products allow you to taste the characteristic taste of the Brindisino artichoke unaltered, enhancing its taste and crunchy texture.
Vizzino works it in a natural state, guaranteeing genuine quality with 65% artichokes, 33% extra virgin olive oil (originally), wine vinegar and salt.
The artichokes, cooked and then seared on the grill, acquire a pleasantly smoky taste.
The Minimum Storage Term is up to 30 June of the second following year for productions made from 1 January to 30 June, or 31 December of the second following year for productions made from 1 July to 31 December.
The raw materials are processed following codified instructions and are purchased from qualified suppliers and are also subjected to safety and quality controls. The stabilization heat treatment performed is checked instrumentally in each production cycle in order to verify the achievement of the correct temperatures at the core of the product and their maintenance for the established times.
It is important to specify that the artichokes come only from Salentine – Puglia crops.
The product can be stored at room temperature, in a cool and dry place. Once opened, it should preferably be consumed within a few days of opening the jar. The opened product must be stored in the refrigerator (4-6 ° C).
