The so-called “friselline” are a middle ground between the typical Italian “bruschetta” and the traditional “frisa” of Lecce. They are perfect to prepare tasty aperitifs.

You can take a cue from our recipes or you can enjoy seasoning the “friselline” as you like.

– “friselline”, olio, some artichokes cream, philadelphia, salmon, a slice of lemon and a parsley leaf;

– “friselline”, oil, tomatoes, minced basil, corn, crushed olives;

We suggest a glass of “Primitivo Rosé” too.
