Since 1919, Forno Bianco has been a bakery in Lizzanello (LE) specialized in the production of breads and derivatives.

Today the small family-run bakery that produces excellent and fragrant bread is a well-known and respected company; leader in the bakery sector.

The most appreciated product is the frisa or frisella, an inexpensive product, long-lasting and flexible in its use: from breakfast to dinner or hust as a snack, it’s possibile to eat frise with multiple condiments, from tomato to tuna, to vegetables, to legumes.
