The “Vizzino” preserves are produced scrupulously and with best quality products respect the tradition and our grandmothers’ recipes. Only the best fresh vegetables from our plantations and the Extra Virgin Olive Oil of Salento are used.
They are a 100% Italian product.
The ingredients of the Turnip Greens in Extra Virgin Olive Oil are turnip greens (65%), extra virgin olive oil (33%), chili pepper and salt.
The date of minimum durability for the productions carried out from the 1st of January to the 30th of June is until the 30th of June of the second year following. On the other hand, for the productions carried out from the 1st of July to the 31st of December, the date of minimum durability is until the 31st of December of the second year following.
There are no artificial preservatives. All the products are pasteurised.
The sealed small jar can be stored for 3 years. Once opened, it has to be filled up with oil and stored in the refrigerator (4-6°C).

Conservazione
The product can be stored at room temperature, in a cool and dry place. Once opened, it must be consumed preferably within few days. It must be stored in the refrigerator (4-6°C).
