Description
Extra virgin olive oil is a typical food of the Salento area, an ancient product of great value.
We have selected the superior category extra virgin olive oil, obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical means.
The olives used are Cellina di Nardò and Ogliarola Salentina in varying proportions depending on the year.
The color can be described as an intense yellow, it has a light fruity aroma and a sweet flavor with a slight aftertaste of leaves.
The maximum total acidity is less than 0.8 grams of oleic acid per 100 grams of oil.
We would like to specify that the olive trees are from Salento.
