Durum wheat Tagliatelle pasta is an artisanal pasta, drawn in bronze and slow drying, this process allows to keep the qualitative characteristics of the raw material as unaltered as possible.
This long pasta flavored with Orfeo wine is extremely versatile, it is able to perfectly hold the sauce, making each dish unique and full of flavor and taste.
Made with durum wheat semolina, it contains 15% Negroamaro wine (contains sulphites), dehydrated red beet and water, it may contain traces of soy and egg.
