Complex but elegant, it is characterized by a brilliant golden yellow color, the perlage is persistent,ì and on the nose this champagne returns a large bouquet that immediately recalls white pulp and citrus fruits.
In the mouth it is felt for a long time, but in a harmonious and balanced way. Certainly it can be uncorked on the occasion of refined aperitifs, as it goes well with seafood, fatty fish and soft cheeses.
